After this winter, a burst of spring is fantastic. In fact, this is pretty much as hot as it ever gets in Vancouver. The strange thing is, though, that up until a couple of days ago it's been 25C every day with no trees in leaf. So it looks like winter but feels like summer.
When I went to the harbour islands the other day it was like that. Also, nothing had opened up for the summer; I guess it's part of that strange shoulder season.
